About Addison Village Club

Located at 8150 Stadium Pkwy, Melbourne, FL 32940, Addison Village Club operates as a community center serving Melbourne in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as recreation center, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

This group covers the athletic clubs, gyms, recreation and community centers, sports complexes, parks and golf clubs that keep tennis courts alongside their main business. City recreation centers and YMCAs offer the lowest prices, with day passes and resident discounts, and their courts are usually open to anyone. Athletic and health clubs bundle courts with a gym, pool and group fitness for a monthly membership. Parks departments run the public courts, permits, lights and lesson programs in most towns, and their office is the place to report a broken net or a locked gate. Golf clubs often keep a few courts for members and their guests.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (321) 237-2377. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, addisonvillageclub.com.

Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 215 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Melbourne is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Melbourne is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The club offers a variety of activities for members and guests. It's clean and cheerful. It's modern and the staff is pleasant. I wish they would be more diligent with checking in pickleball players in the morning, the courts get crowded with non-members who do not sign in.

Pools are too cold seven months of year ,frequently longer because of construction or breakdowns.Swim team, scuba instruction etc.have priority over mandatory paying members. The pools do not open until 8 am and close at sunset or sooner. Would gladly pay to opt out. Mandatory membership is similar to be ripped off by Time Share or worse. Must say the the new manager tries to be accommodating and listens to membership concerns.

I truly love this community, which is why I’m hopeful to see some improvements. I do have concerns about the 3% annual increase given the ongoing maintenance issues. The TV at the Leisure Pavilion has been broken for years, and the counters are often dusty with spider webs and bugs β€” I’ve had to clean before and after my booked events. I reached out to the director via LinkedIn (since emails bounce back); the message was read but never acknowledged. I hope to see more transparency, responsiveness, and care put into maintaining the family-friendly environment that once made this place so special.

What a gorgeous resort like atmosphere in the heart of Viera. It is indeed an added gem to living in Addison. Huge pools, lap pool, splash pool for the kids, outdoor gym equipment, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and a list of daily activities that is just outstanding. Check out their monthly calendar. There is something for everyone. This club is the reason why we moved from Suntree to Addison. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
